Update 2019

Just came back to this blog today (August 2019) and realised how long it has been since I did an update. Problem is, life gets in the way of completing the layout. Its been a long time but I have made significant progress so here is the latest.

A set of progress shots since the last post.

Tree making: using foam, blended with water, isopropal alcohol and acrylic paint. Pines, gums, fruit trees.

Making mountains and rocks: styrene foam, plaster of paris, sculpta mold, paint.

Add some colour

Starting to take shape

Now add some buildings: This is the current work station. Fiddly and time consuming. Lots of light and high powered specs.
