Where it all started

Way back in the Christmas of 1964, little Johny, Chrisapoper, Neil Alister and the baby got a model train set in the Santa sack. This and a slot car set some Christmas' later provided hours of entertainment (and some minor squabbles) for the lads. As their teens approached the train, leggo, slot cars and pop guns were replaced with horses, real cars, tractors and GIRLS. The train however didn't get thrown out but has been packed away for 54 years and has finally been resurrected. Here in lies the story of this humble little tank engine and the model railway it now calls home.
